Requirements
The job applicant must posses a degree in Education, Human Resource, Industrial organization, Social sciences or general humanities
Possession of a Post graduate in Human Resource, HRD or Behavioral sciences is an added advantage
The applicant must have at least 3 year s working experience in Human Resource prefarbaly in Talent Management and Succession planning in a multi-national organization.
The applicant must also have had specialized training in project management, leadership, talent management as well supervisory management training.
Must have excellent communication skills and organizational skills
Must also have good analytical, critical skills of spotting talent and negotiation skills
The applicant must also posse’s strong leadership qualities, high levels of integrity, as well as being self motivated.
