To maintain employee relations to a workforce of about 4,000 employees to ensure harmony at the workplace and plan, coordinate, organize and monitor all training and development activities to meet the company's training and development needs
Qualifications:
a university Degree in Social Sciences, SWASA, Human Resources Management, Education or any other related field. Post graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management a must.
