The successful candidate will need to exhibit outstanding team relationship and people skills both internally as well as externally.

In addition, the Agency Sales Manager will oversee and ensure that all Client campaigns are running on schedule and will provide weekly sales reports, insights and evaluations. He/She will be key in building excellent relationships across all Agencies that should translate into additional business or new accounts. He/She will also be required to conceptualize, present, sell and co-ordinate media and promotion proposals.

The candidate should ideally be 25 to 30 years of age. A first degree is desirable in Social Sciences or Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing option. Diploma holders who have specialized qualifications from recognized institutions in Marketing/ Advertising, Sales or Public Relations may also apply.     Perform monthly office fuel Performance Monitoring and determine appropriate changes to decrement level for recommendation to Fleet Management
    Maintain integrity and accuracy in data collection and delivery
    Perform fuel analysis comparisons to determine reasons for unexpected discrepancies
    Monthly analysis of extra fuel uplifted by fleet for field technicians
    Analysis of potential fuel savings for new initiatives

Skills and Abilities

    3+ years of experience with solid job history.
    Experience with fuel management
    Ability to express oneself clearly and directly in writing and in discussions with all types of individuals.
    Excellent computer, organization, and time management skills.
    Self-initiative and the ability to work well independently.
    Natural analytical skills.

Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related preferred..
    Understanding of basic accounting.
    Technical background
    At least 2 years in the same field preferably in a management position

    Conducts reconciliation of out stand0ing supply action and initiates follow up action as necessary.
    Ensure the tools and equipments are inventoried.
    Maintain electronic data and extracts information for reports as required.
    Edits requests from mechanics and ensures make, model serial number year are posted on each requisition
    Prepare monthly preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, include remote site equipment
    Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annually reports and submit to direct manager.
    Hiring and monitoring fleet use and taking action to optimize fleet effectiveness.
    Performs technical specification reviews for proposed new vehicles.
    Provides advice with respect to vehicle and equipment modifications and usage.
    Undertakes periodic reviews of fleet database to ensure relevancy to current and forecasted needs and configurations.
    Monitors vehicle usage and coordinates rotations to ensure optimum use of limited Force vehicle assets against defines needs.

3. Stores

    Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and counsel store employees. Schedule, organize and direct assignments.
    Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
    Encourage store employees to take ownership for their performance and career development plans; follow up on a regular basis.
    Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
    Communicate, execute, and manage marketing and merchandising programs.
    Conduct regular store meetings.
    Maintain adequate store supplies. Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs.
    Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
    Successful candidates should be able to cite significant achievements, demonstrating their ability to handle all aspects of retail operational and merchandising management issues, from the delivery of stock to the store to the final destination
    Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.

    Experience in the usage of computers and standard office software packages and knowledge of information management systems

Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Together, with the Enterprise Development Project Manager and other appropriate service providers, identify, develop, design and deliver core services required for the Hoima Enterprise Centre.
    Establish effective management and administrative systems for the Enterprise Centre.
    Act as a key liaison person for Traidlinks with local businesses and provide mentoring advice and support to businesses participating in Traidlinks Enterprise Programme.

    Together, with the Enterprise Development Project Manager, establish a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework and reporting structure for the complete Enterprise Development Project & Enterprise Centre for core funders of the Project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Regional

    Be the first point of call for all media queries in the regions and respond to information requests from the general public.
    Research and write articles for media publications – including press releases.
    Develop and maintain/update a series of information notice boards in strategic locations in the Hoima and Masindi regions.
    In conjunction with Project Managers and key partners organise information events – workshops, seminars etc.
    Build strong, positive relationships with key media people in the Hoima and Masindi areas.
    Develop and maintain the Enterprise Centre website.

Internal

    Work with Traidlinks, key Tullow communications staff, Community Liaison Officers and other key stakeholders to develop, agree and deliver a strategic communications and marketing plan for the Enterprise projects in Hoima. This will be reviewed and updated annually to reflect new emerging priorities.
    Collate and provide written, photo and video updates on all Enterprise Centre, Agriculture Supply Chain activities in the Hoima and Masindi areas.
    Develop and provide high quality written, photo and video case studies of businesses participating in Enterprise programme in Hoima. These should be used on the Enterprise Centre’s website and available for stakeholders’ use.
    Develop and produce regular e-zine publications.
    Develop and maintain media books, as appropriate.

    Effectively manage a promotions budget agreed with the Enterprise Development Project Manager
    Organise training and mentoring for programme staff involved in media interview in Uganda.
    Receive and host key visitors to the Enterprise Centre, as advised by the Enterprise Development Project Manager.
    Assist with general administrative duties in the Enterprise Centre as required

Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree with a bias in Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

■    Establish and manage risk database for losses, near misses and abnormal gains bank wide in line with Basel II categorization.

■    Develop Market risk management tools such as Key Risk Indicators, Risk and Control Self Assessment, risk dash boards, heat maps.

■     Proactively participate in training and coaching of bank staff in areas of Risk management.

■    Effectively identify market risk from within as well as from external factors and create mitigating systems and mechanisms.

■    Participate in the establishment and implementation of an integrated frame work for measuring and monitoring market risk across the bank.

■    Compiling pertinent analytical reports for Asset and Liabilities Committee (ALCO).

■    Carrying out pertinent research and keeping abreast of relevant developments (skills, techniques, concepts, etc) in the market risk realm.

■    Analyze term sheets from the strategic partners and ensure that a proper hedging mechanism has been put in place.

■    Monitoring the credit exposures of the Bank.

■     Provide pro-active oversight reviews to ensure that risk taking remains within limits set by Senior Management/ Board of Directors with any material exception to Risk Management policies and tolerances being reported to Senior Management^ Board of Directors.
■      Provide support to ALCO in building and implementing Asset and liability policies and procedures.

■    Ensure that the Bank has adequate contingency plans to identify Market risk stress situations ahead of time and measures to deal with such unusual situations in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

■    A good undergraduate degree in any of the following fields; Statistics, Economics, Accounting & Banking from a, reputable university.

■    Public Accounting qualification and or MBA.
EXPERIENCE:

■    Minimum of 6 years experience in a Banking environment with at least 3 years in management of Market and Credit’ Risk.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

■     Sound knowledge of accounting and financial analysis, financial markets and products, credit analysis, banking operations and banking industry issues.

■    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and sound knowledge of the macroeconomic environment and its impact on banking business and bank’s target markets/ customers.

■    Excellent report writing and analytical skills.

■    Excellent Interpersonal & networking skills.

■    Strong Communication skills.

■    High degree of Integrity & confidentiality.

■    Good Computer skills and knowledge is desirable.

The Finance Officer - Partners will ensure all aspects of Concern’s financial procedures and processes with partners are effectively carried out.
