Job Title: Administrative/ Stores Assistant
Salary Scale: UAC9
Reports to: Director Human Resource & Administration
Purpose:
Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage the filing and storage of personnel files and other HR related correspondences
To handle the administrative requirements for the repair and maintenance of office office equipment
To ensure all UAC property and equipment is labelled and updated Fixed Assets register is maintained
To organize meetings and take minutes for the different meetings
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies or Office Management or any other related field
A Diploma in Stores Management is an added advantage
3 years experience in a similar role
