Job Description (Duties):
* Implement appropriate sourcing strategies to control the company’s purchased material costs and to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
* Keeping track of purchases and handling inquiries about orders.
* Ensuring all proper purchase order information is tracked and entered into appropriate system.
* Developing strategies for assigned procurement area to include spend analysis, market and geographic considerations, strategic importance, etc.
* Negotiating and managing all contracts and agreements for assigned commodities
* Managing suppliers, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
* Understand, track, and forecast the key cost drivers and market factors for assigned commodities.
* Managing and optimizing supplier performance, including continuous improvement, innovation, obsolescence and reduction in total cost.
* Compiling requests for materials at the lodges.
* Any other assigned duties.
Necessary Qualifications:
* University Degree or diploma in Procurement.
* 2 years of relevant experience.
* Excellent Communication and analytical skills.
* Results oriented and proactive with good networking skills.
* Highly organized and able to work under minimum supervision.
