Work Experience
•Should have at least 3 years proven experience in the field of Auditing or litigation consulting.
Required skills/competencies
• Ability to communicate passionately, effectively, and persuasively both orally and in writing.
• Possession of high emotional and social intelligence.

Duties
1. Organizing entry and exit audit meetings.
2. Prepare and/or review forensic audit plans, working paper files and management fetters from subordinate staff.
3. Supervising field forensic audit teams.


Job requirement

Minimum qualifications
An honor Bachelors Degree in Law, or Commerce (Accounting Option) or Business Administration (Accounting Option) or any other related degree majoring in Accounting; or Professional qualification like ACCA, C1PFA, CIMA or CPA from a recognized University/Institution. Certification as a fraud Examiner such as CFE and/or a masters' Degree in a related field will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Program Officer, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

The program officer works under the supervision of the Thematic Coordinator, ME and L and the Country Director

Duties and Responsibilities:
The role of the PO-ME and L will include, but not limited
to:
1. Contribute to the establishment of an efficient and effective ME and L system in SAA-Uganda
2. Assist the ME and L Theme Coordinator, Uganda (ME and L TC)in the development of methodologies and tools for data collection for different studies -needs assessments, baselines and evaluations
3. Assist the ME and L TC in data collection, entry and analysis as well as reporting;
4. Assisting with internal ME and L and MIS;
5. Conduct studies as and when needed- Needs assessments, baselines and evaluations;
6. Perform functions involving data management and advanced analysis;
7. Assist ME and L TC in planning and organizing or facilitating critical reflection events such as review meetings and partner workshops;
8. Contribute to thematic periodic reports- quarterly, semester, annual, etc
9. Any other duties as assigned by the ME and L TC and Country Director.


Job requirement

Qualifications and Experience:
1. M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Economics, agricultural econom­ics, social sciences or relevant field with 4-7 years relevant experience in data collection, field work and data analysis;
2. Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis tools;
3. Knowledge and/or experience of ME and L and Impact Assessment;
4. Ability and willingness to frequently travel within the country;
5. Familiarity and clear potential to use modern data collection technologies;
6. Willing to do extensive field work. Driving experience is an advantage;
7. Salary and benefits are commensurate to qualification;
8. Excellent English; and
9. High computer and information technology skills are an advantage.
