Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Reports to: General Manager
A leading Pharmaceutical company based in Kampala with over 10 years experience is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Create a strategic vision to achieve business targets and ensure that company resources are effectively allocated
• Establishing marketing strategy, objectives and plans to achieve the sales targets and profitability
• Integration of business imperatives with company marketing and brand strategy
• Marketing research, competitor analysis and business development
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area
• Master’s degree and or professional postgraduate qualification in marketing or relevant field
Work experience:
• 5-6 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Experience with evaluating market needs, concepts, practices, and procedures
Skills and Abilities:
• Good motivator and trainer
• Independent, responsible and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Negotiation skills and good understanding of marketing strategies
• Must be highly creative and with ability to lead and supervise staff
