  The Ministry of Water and Environment is inviting for qualified candidates to be recruited  for the vacant position above .
Responsibilities
•    Preparing books  of accounts  for  purposes  of  accountability .
•    Maintaining  contractual ledgers for various  contract  works .
•    Carrying  out  bank  reconciliations.
•    Producing financial reports .
•    Processing  payment  documents
Qualifications
•    Diploma  in Accounting  from  a recognized  University/Institution.
•    Professional  qualification  (level 11) will  be an added advantage .
•    At least  two years  experience as an accounts assistant  .
•    Knowledge  and experience in local and central government  accounting procedures will be  an  added  advantage .
