Job Title: M&E Operations   Manager  Position  Overview

Educate. Works to  transform the education system in Uganda  to prepare  youth  to be  leaders  and  enterprenuership initiative , create small  businesses,  and improve  livelihoods  for  themselves and their  communities .
Roles
•    To  manage  and strengthen  the  leadership  team  to manage  and strengthen the  organization’s  performance  management  systems  and research  efforts.
•    The  ideal candidate  will have  at least  4 years  work experience, managed a team  of  1-5,  and  possesses  strong project  management  and data  analysis  skills.
Objectives
•    Set  M&E  Strategy:  Develop  and oversee  monitoring  systems  to  track success  of  program  implementation  and design  research  and evaluation efforts  to assess  the impact of  Educate’s  programs.
•    Support  Strategic  Planning : Make  data-driven  recommendations  to senior leadership and collaborate with  management  team  to set program  milestones  and key  Performance  indicators.
•    Lead  Research  and  Evaluation:  Conduct  and  oversee analysis  of data from  day-to –day M&E  activities  as well as  the  ongoing  Youth  Employment  Network –funded  impact  evaluation  of the  Educate  Experience  program
•    Support  Operations  Systems ;  Explore  and  provide  recommendations  for innovative technologies  to  streamline  monitoring , evaluation  and other  operational  functions .
