Job Title: Manager- Internal Audit
Purpose: To provide assurance that adequate internal controls exist, are applied and adhered to.

Reports to: directly to the Audit sub-committee of the Board and Administratively to the Executive Director for management decisions

Functions:
• Provide periodic reports to the Board Audit Committee on the work of the department
• Provide assurance that the organization is adhering to good governance practices
• Provide assurance that the funds appropriated to the organization are properly accounted for
• Provide assurance that Secretariat Assets are used appropriately for NAADS operations

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following; commerce, business administration, arts, science with accounting option
• Full member ship to any of the following professional bodies like ACCA, CPA, CIA.
• Masters degree in a related field is an added advantage
• At least 7 years experience 3 of which must have been as head of department
