Job Title: Clinic Administrator
Reports To: Board of Directors.
Job Purpose
To effectively manage and continuously improve the Centre's operations for the benefit of the key stakeholders
Main Accountabilities
• To build partnerships for the Centre. To initiate policy changes that favours the Centre and its beneficiaries,
• To manage the procurement function.
• To ensure effective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment.
• To manage the accounting function.
• To manage the human resource function,
• To ensure effective delivery of services,
Qualification, Skills and Experience Essential
• A university degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in either clinical or general management.
• Computer literacy.
Preferred
• Minimum of two years Health care experience
• Knowledge of an accounting software package.
