Twin, a leading fair trade organisation, specialising in developing smallholder value chains, is recruiting for a Regional Project Manager in the Great Lakes Region. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead an innovative and ambitious project to develop robust smallholder coffee value chains that strengthen producers’ livelihoods in the region. The role also presents a unique opportunity to play a central and strategic role in developing a strong and integrated Twin Great Lakes coffee programme. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Project Manager with a background in SME, value chain or organisational development and experience working with smallholder producers.

Applicants must be bilingual in English and French, and be able to travel extensively in region. We will offer a competitive salary package dependent on experience.
