Job title :Project manager

Main purpose
• Participating in the preparation of investigation plans and budgets for the department of approval
• Undertaking preliminary feasibility studies and establish the viability of real estate investment
• Managing the engagement of external consultants this includes preparation of budgets
• Ensuring all engineering architectural environmental protection and surveying national practice guide lines


Requirements
• A bachelors degree In either construction management, civil engineering ,building economics , quantity surveying ,architecture
• At least four years working experience in construction , design construction, feasibility and project management
• Should be a registered body of a relevant field
• Construction technical skills
• Good analytical skills
• Negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
