Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Reports to : Chief Technical Officer
Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing and maintaining engineering standards, materials specifications, technology research and engineering quality management.
Key Responsibilities;
- developing and maintaining a materials specifications bank
- Preparation of tender documents for materials procurement and tender technical evaluation
- Developing and maintaining engineering standards, drawings, work procedures and work instructions
- Developing and managing a quality management document control system.
- Researching and Ensuring that UMEME engineering practice is up to date with latest technology
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
a post graduate qualification in business or management will be an added advantage
Qualification in ISO quality assurance standards.
At least 5 years post qualification in a leadership role.

- Strong leadership Skills

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Competence in use of compter data management packages, excel, access.
