THE ROLE
As part of our strategic plan, BLEGSCOPE (U) Ltd continues to enjoy steady business growth on all business aspects of a management and strategy consulting firm. We are thus seeking a self motivated, results based individual to fill the position of BLEGSCOPE Business Analyst, with the ability and drive to grow professionally. The roles of the position holder entail a range of work including desktop research, writing reports, producing presentations, client relationship management, developing methodologies and building analytical business models.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Supporting senior consultants on project work.
 Quantitative research, data cleaning, data analysis and presentation of results.
 Developing and building analytical models and tools.
 Qualitative research, consolidation of findings and presentation of findings.
 Assisting clients with the development and execution of communications to key stakeholders including presentations and documents.
 Participate in Business Transformation engagements.
 Work with the Management team to develop and implement strategy for our clients•
 Work with clients and the internal team to perform assessment of current capabilities, current resources, technology and processes of our clients.
 Participate in the creation of structures, designs and roadmap for large scale transformation programs.
 Initiate, Facilitate and Execute improvement initiatives at client locations.
 Transformation roadmap creation, process analysis, design, solution development and execution.
 Determine and articulate key Business services being delivered to the clients.
 Handling inquiries and incoming work requests.
 Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information.
 Checking and distributing documents and correspondence.
 Coordinating work flow.
 Preparing business proposals/presentations.
 Project implementation.
 Creating media plans, marketing plans, business plans for clients.

DESIRABLE QUALITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
 A Bachelors degree in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or any related degree from a recognized institution
 A Masters degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is desirable.
 Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a medium sized services firm of regional and international repute.
 Strong analytical and process mapping skills. Strength of character with the ability to handle difficult situations.
 Outstanding facilitation skills with the ability to influence groups of people.
 The ability to communicate with clients and overcome resistance to change.
 Deep Organisation Design skills with breadth to appreciate the impact on the business as a whole.
 Experienced spreadsheet user with ability to develop models
 Must be a creative thinker.
 Be self driven and possess very high levels of energy, enthusiasm, drive and resilience.
 Have strong interpersonal skills
 Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to progress rapidly and take on as much responsibility as they can manage. Within 2-3 years, we envisage that the successful candidate would be able to independently manage client relationships and complex projects with limited input.
