Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation/ Logistics Management Information Systems Officer (M&E/ LMIS Officer)
Reports to: Project Manager, Health and Logistics Management
Key Accountabilities:
• Development and implementation of M&E framework and tools for mid-term and annual evaluation
• Leading the capacity building of teams at the health centre facilities in M&E
• Development and tracking of relevant key performance indicators for the project
• Database management of project statistical information
Qualifications and Experience:
• Masters degree in public health, demography, statistics or related field or 5 years equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in evaluation design, development of indicators and data analysis with proven record in monitoring and evaluation
• Experience in development of performance monitoring plans
Skills and Competencies:
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
