Job Title: Partnership Officer
General Description of the Role:
Based in Abim with frequent travel to Agago District, the partnership Officer will act as the principal contract point between Goal and assigned partner organizations in the two districts

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or community Development
• 3-3 years experience in implementing rural development projects through partnerships with local NGO’s
• Knowledge of participatory and self- reliant development approaches
Desirable Requirements:
• NGO Experience providing technical assistance in the area of organizational capacity building
• Experience in networking with government, NGOs and districts in project implementation
• Knowledge of gender issues
• Working knowledge of the existing HIV Frameworks and policies implantation guidelines
