Requirements:
• A degree in Civil Engineering or Education
• A diploma or certificate in Technical Teacher Education (DTTE/CTTE) and knowledge in computer applications an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years, 3 of which should have been at the level of head in an established educational institution
Personal Attributes:
• Deputize the Director
• Ensure efficient implementation of all academic programs for the institution
• Through knowledge of modern management principles
• Thorough knowledge of staff utilization and motivation
• Ability to plan and manage the work of subordinate, supervisors and staff
• Ability to develop, establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, private and governmental offices and agencies
