Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description:
• Engaging and proposing the development of new marketing proposals
• Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals and prospects
• To recruit, develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals
• To manage the market excellence/ intelligence process

Prerequisites
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Project management skills
• A successful track record of delivery sales in line with targets within a senior sales role
• A valid driving license

Qualifications:
• A Bachelors degree
• A certification in a relevant field
• A certification in project management
