Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Positions Supervised: Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Shall be responsible for the participation in senior level decision making and strategic direction of the bank
• Maintain an up to date framework of policies and procedures that enable the business to employ, engage, develop, and manage its people in accordance with the bank’s values, and within the employment law
• Responsible for human resource management information systems and preparation of HR related reports to management and the board
