Job Title: Finance Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain office petty cash and petty cash ledger
- Prepare petty cash vouchers and effect petty cash payments
- prepare cheques and payment vourchers
- Monitor and liquidate staff advances
- Bachelor's degree in business/ accounting or its equivalent from a recognized university
- Willingness and enthusiasm to work as part of a team
- Strong writing and oral writing skills
- Superior integrity and work habbits
- Excellent computer skills
