Job Title: Logistics Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out data entry into commodity movement processing and analysis system on a daily basis according to commodity tracking system rules and procedures 
• Maintain a proper filling system for all documents received according to standing CTS rules and procedures
• Carry out daily data replications with the sub offices and country office on a daily basis and and produce a weekly status report
• Offer user support to stuff members at the station whenever called upon

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in either of the following fields;Accounts, procurement & Logistics, Computer Science, Statistics or the equivalent obtainable from a recognized university
• Or a Diploma in Accounts, Procurement  & Logistics, Computer Science, Statistics coupled with longer relevant working experience
• At least 3 years relevant experience
