Job Title: Senior Project Assistant 
IOM   International Organization for Migration is recruiting   qualified candidates   for the vacant position above.
Duties
•    Coordinate  and supervise  the  implementation  of the  two  projects  activities  with  relevant  Government  officials , IOM  staff  and  consultants .
•    Draw  up a  comprehensive  implementation  plans .
•    Manage , direct  ,  mentor  and  supervise  IOM staff  and  national consultants  associated with  both projects  and draft  ToRs of  reference to assist  in the  recruitment  process.
•    Work  closely with  an  international  consultant  to  ensure that  projects  goals  and  objectives  are  reached .
Qualifications
•    University  degree  in relevant  field  of  study
•    At least  seven  years  relevant  experience  working  on  labour  issues  in general 
•    Ability  to  liaise  effectively  with  stakeholders
•    Previous  experience  working  with  government  on  labour issues
