Job Title: Project Engineer
 University Research  Co. , LLC  a US  -based  public  health  organization  working in  Uganda  since  2005,  is implementing  the  USAID  project.
Minimum Qualifications
•    Higher  Diploma  in either  Mechanical  , Civil  or Electrical  engineering  or in  Building  Management
•    Experience  of at least  3 years  within  a variety  of building  and infrastructure systems  , tools  , equipment , maintenance  and repair
•    Proven experience  in  renovation  works  and supervising  contractors
•    Excellent  verbal  and  written  communication  skills , Excellent  negotiation  skills
•    Experience  in managing  /supervising  Contractors 
•    Proven  skills   in assessing  conditions  and standards   of building tools , equipment and  completed work .
•    Knowledge of occupational  hazards  and standard  health  and safety  practices.
•    Excellent  knowledge  of the  principles  and practices  of  general  building  construction  and  renovations
