Job Title: Child   Development   Officers (CDDs) Sponsor Donor   Relations ( SDR)  and  Health
Sebei  Diocese  Church  of Uganda  together  with  the Pentecostal  Assemblies  of God Uganda
Requirements
•    Be a Christian  model  for children and their  families
•    Be  an  advocate  for children
•    Be able  to help  children  correspond  with their sponsors
•    Be creative  and innovative  in the  whole  area of Child  Development
•    Project  activity  planning  and implementation
•    Do the documentation , record keeping/filling of sponsor relation issues 
•    Ensure  working  in a team  and be  a team  player
Qualifications
•    Minimum  Qualifications  is Diploma  in Social  Work  and Social  Administration  , Social  Sciences , Development  Studies  , Education  and other  disciplines  from  recognized  University /Institutions .
•    Child development  Programming  for an  assigned  age  group
•    Working  knowledge  of basic  NGO  accounting 
•    Must have  at least  2 years  experience  in related  fields  (Discipleship,  Children Ministry  , involvement  in mission  and ministry)
•    Working  ability  to communicate  , both  orally  and in  writing  .
