Job Title: Fleet Manager.

Duty Station: Kampala

Duties and responsibilities:

-         Develop a Watoto Transport policy and propose improvements in the existing transport system.

-         Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.

-         Keep records and history accidents.

-         Supervise drivers to ensure that they perform as per their job descriptions.

-         Ensure safe parking of vehicles.

-         Submit regular and comprehensive monthly transport report to the Team Leader Operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

A relevant qualification in Business Management, Transport certificate in Vehicle Mechanics will be of added advantage.

Work experience: At least two years work experience in a busy organization.
