Job Title: Examiner of Accounts
Reports to: Internal Auditor
Ref No: KGWA/07/2012

Qualifications and Working Experience:
• Must have a Diploma in Accounting, Auditing or financial management or Business Administration from a reputable awarding institution
• OR full Accounting Technician certificate or Certificate in Accounting Technician Certificate awarded from a recognized institution/ body accredited by the institute of public Accountant Uganda (ICPAU)
• At least 2 years work experience as Examiner of Accounts will be preferred

Duties of the Post:
• Auditing revenue collections in local government, conducting manpower Audits in Local governments, monitoring and reviewing financial and accounting operation system, auditing procurement of goods and services to ensure value for money, preparing monthly/ quarterly Audit reports
