Internal Auditor Jobs at Uganda Investment Authority

Job Title: Internal Auditor
Uganda  Investment  Authority  (UIA), set up under the  investment code  1991 is a  statutory agency  mandated to initiate and support measures  that enhance  investment  in Uganda.
Main Duties
•    Conduct  per audits  in the  assigned  operational and functional areas.
•    Conduct systems  audits to check on compliance levels  with Internal  control, systems  in place.
•    Conduct investigative audits and  adhoc audits  in liaison  with  Chief Internal Auditor.
Specifications
•    Bcom  or  BBA or  its equivalent  from a recognized  institution .
•    Professional   qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA , ICMA, MBA or the  equivalent
•    5 years  experience in the internal Audit function
•    Working knowledge of  accounting  packages
•    Proficiency in  Computer operations .
