Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Umeme  Limited is an Electricity  Distribution  Company  listed on  the Uganda  and Nairobi Securities  Exchange , with infrastructure 2  fund as a  majority investor .
Job Purpose
•    Compile , analyze and present /provide  end users and managers  with accurate  and high quality  management  information  and operational  reports and periodic  basis.
•    Compile and consolidate  detailed company  Performance  Score card and track performance  against  agreed Annual Operating Plan  targets .
•    Engage stakeholders  across  Umeme  to identify their  reporting requirements , and participate in the  design  and development of solutions .
Accountabilities
•    Ensure that all  processes  , automation  and  SQL  scripts are well documented .
•    Perform statistical and  root cause analysis  of data from different  souses  to  identify gaps  and resolve any issues
•    Identify and  understand  business  requirements   for all  multi-channel   convert these into  queries that can extract  the required from  underlying  systems .
•    Reconcile all data  from  sub-systems  to the financial  accounting system  and other  master systems
•    Be a  point of contact  for all  mult-channel financial  reporting queries  and developments   with external  and internal  business stakeholders .
Skills
•    A Business  related  degree  i.e  Statistics , Accounting , Economics , Mathematics  or Computer Science.
•    Knowledge of  computerized systems  and databases ,
•    3 years  in a similar role .
