Job Title: Staff Provident Fund Administrator

Purpose of the positions:
To oversee the daily operations and timely execution of trustee decisions in the management of the Scheme, ranging from administration, investment, accounting and reporting
Reports to: Chairman, Board of Trustees
Key Responsibilities:
· Overall running of the Fund in conjunction with the service providers
· Maintenance of all documents and correspondences of the Fund.
· Monitoring compliance to the agreed investment strategy and asset management mandates, with limited participation in the investment process.
· Ensuring that all personal and financial records of members are kept in accurate and sound fashion.
· Preparation of operating guidelines for the pension scheme
· Represent the trustees in all administrative and legal matters related to the scheme.
· Preparing the scheme secretariat’s annual budget and operating plan.
· Coordinating periodic committee and main Board of Trustee meetings Communication to members for and on behalf of the Board Chair
Ensuring all member queries are satisfactorily and conclusively addressed and resolved
All application letters and detailed CVs together with copies of educational and professional certificates, names of three referees, one of whom must be a church leader/priest/pastor, should be sent to The Chairman, Board of Trustees not later than 27th January 2011.
