Job Summary
Under the Directorate of Disaster Management, the Project Manager Data shall work closely with the Program Managers M&E and the Disaster Risk Reduction to ensure proper beneficiary accounting M&E and learning in the project areas of Apac and katakwi. H/She shall be responsible for compiling all the relevant required information and data that will be generated from the PfR Partners for consolidation as part of URCS commitment and assigned role within the consortium. The job holder shall be expected to regularly share experiences, implementation results and skills with other PfR Project implementing staff

Specific Responsibilities include;
• Supports project level monitoring and accountability through routine accurate, data collection and reporting of information that confirms status of project activities
• Carries out routine data quality checks and cleaning to ensure high quality project data that includes querying of data inconsistencies and revise reports in compliance with reporting procedures and guidelines
• Ensures compliance of the project teams to plans, standardized quality control tools and instruments for proper data and information management
• Maintains project design, M&E management system that includes timely collection, analysis and utilization of program related information

Job Title: Blood Donor Recruitment Manager
Duty Station: Mbarara
Reports to: The Program Manager

Job Summary
The job holder shall coordinate the strategy, policy as well as provide support for Regional Blood Donor Recruitment (BDR) staff, Branch Managers and Project Managers on implementation of BDR projects so as to recruit, educate, care, motivate and maintain donors on a regular basis while maintaining close consultations with the Program Managers and overseeing the regional BRD Counselors

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
Advisor Support:
• Initiates and guides, Regional BDR staff and Branch staff in the implementation of BDR recruitment Activities;
• Organizes and publicizes BDR sessions and gives information to blood Donors in close cooperation with the Blood Bank;
• Works with the URCS Regional staff, Community Counselors and volunteers in the formation, support and strengthening of Blood Donor Clubs in the catchment region
• Ensures timely submission of regional data, activity reports and accountabilities on a quarterly and annual basis

Minimum Qualifications and Working Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration and Education or its equivalent Substantial skills in social mobilization; Experience in a reputable organization at similar position for at least 2 years is an added advantage; competencies in Transfusion Transmitted Infection related counseling; a team player with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills a plus.

Job Title: Assistant Program Manager-Water & Sanitation
Reporting to: Regional water and Sanitation Program Manager

Job Summary: Management of all WASH activities, programming, management of material, financial and human resources of the National Society within project area

Specific Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Plans, coordinates, implements, evaluates and proposes recommendation on WASH program activities;
• Prepares and submits timely quality activity WASH reports;
• Maintains good coordination and cooperation with the donor

Minimum Qualifications and Working Experience
Bachelors’ degree in environment Health Science or Social Sciences will be preferred. However, diploma holders in these disciplines backed with a minimum of 3 years experience in similar field will also be considered. Computer literate and motorcycle riding skills are a must to be tested at the time of interviews. Evidence of acquisition of these skills should be attached on the application for this position. Two years experience with a reputable organization or agency in a similar position. Excellent command of spoken and written English
