Job Title: Branch Manager
Reports to: General Manager Operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Branch Business growth
• Ensure 100% compliance to the Bank’s policies and procedures
• Mobilize deposits to exceed branch targets
• Budget planning, control and evaluation for the branch
• Promote the bank’s cooperate image at the branch level
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• General understanding of the banking industry
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication, negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of computer officer productivity packages
Candidates profile and qualifications:
• Holder of business related degree from a recognized university
• 3-5 years working experience in the Banking sector at management level
