Job Title: Relationship Manager Reports to: Sector Head The position holder will be required to grow the Bank’s assets and liability portfolio as per the set targets and maximize revenue generation Key Responsibilities • Source and process sound business and encourage potential prospects to open up operating accounts so as to contribute to the targeted growth in the balance sheet and profitability • Ensure that both potential credit prospects and existing customers are dealt with efficiently so as to maximise revenue • Build relationships with customers, in order to attract referrals to ensure repeat business and loyalty Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • A university degree preferably in commerce, economics or business administration • Creativity and innovation • Ability to work under pressure and achieve results Candidate’s profile and qualifications: • Holder of university degree from a recognized University • 3 years experience in a relationship management preferably in banking sector How to Apply: If you believe you are the one, we invite you to email your CV, application letter and scanned academic documents to job@equitybank.co.ug Deadline: 14th May 2012
