POSITION: Sales Supervisor-Eastern Uganda
Duty station: Soroti

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge required:
• University degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Ability to plan, organizes, implement and control.
• Solid and extensive understanding of Eastern Uganda Markets
• Ability to work under very highly deadline driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self drive and ability to motivate people to achieve the best results.
• Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, intranet and internet.
• Ability to define the regional advertising market and potential clients.
• At least 1 year working experience in an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operational sales planning for Etop print and Etop Radio and New Vision Eastern.
• Manage and supervise a motivated and Result Oriented Sales Team in the East.
• Delivery of Sales and Collection Targets per Week and Month for the 3 products.
• Develop and maintain excellent Customer relationships with all local government, District, NGO, CBO and Private sector officials in Northern Ugandan.
• Ensure Excellent Market Knowledge/Information is gathered and suggest ways of exploration to increase Revenue and Market Share for the Eastern region.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports with Achievements on set targets, Mar¬ket Feed Back, general activities and competition so that appropriate guidance and monitoring of sectional activities is effectively achieved.
• Ensure excellent Company and Product Visibility and Knowledge in the Market through Power Point Presentation and general discussions.
• Maintain and Grow Advertising Revenue, Market Share and Clientele Base.
• Coordinate all order Processing, Documentation, approvals, Deadlines and Copy Flow for Radio and print with Accounts section, Editorial department, Operations section and Production department at Head office.

Transport Officer Job- Management Sciences for Health (MSH), Uganda

Post: , (STAR-E)
Location Mbale

Overall responsibilities:
The Transport Officer with the support of the Admin Manager ensures that all vehicles used by MSH/ STAR-E staff are safe and roadworthy, driven by trained drivers and maintained by experienced personnel. S/ he is responsible for analysis of vehicle log books, key transport indicators, vehicle booking and allocation systems to ensure effective and efficient management of the vehicle fleet. The Transport Officer is responsible for planning and provision of timely transport services and ensures that MSH Vehicle policy and traffic regulations are adhered to.

Qualifications:
1) Minimum Advanced Certificate in Education
2) Valid clean computerized driving license in Classes B, CM, and DL with not less than 8 years' driving experience
3) At least 3 years experience in fleet management
4) Training in defensive driving
5) Knowledge and experience in basic mechanics
6) Computer literacy and proficiency with Word processing applications especially Microsoft Excel and Word
7) Ability to develop and work as a team

National Co-ordinator Job- Management Sciences for Health (MSH)

Post: National Co-ordinator: Communication and Partner Mobilization (STAR-E LQAS)-Location: Kampala

Overall responsibilities:
STAR-E LQAS is charged with mobilizing USAID-funded SOS district-based Implementing Partners (IPs) to use LQAS monitoring methods in the districts of their operation. The National Coordinator: Communication and Partner Mobilization will mobilize IPs to apply LQAS methodology, Facility Assessment (FA) and Service Performance Assessments and Improvement (SPAI) processes. S/he will, in addition, be responsible for developing a communications and the project products dissemination strategy for STAR-E LQAS,

Qualifications:
1) M.B. B.Ch. with a master's degree in public health
2) At least 3 years relevant experience in NGO or Community Based Services
3) Ability to communicate persuasively with districts management teams, senior program managers, development partners and other stakeholders.
4) Knowledge of LQAS is an added advantage
5) A good team player disposition and ability to work with people from different institutions and working environments
6) Computer literacy and proficiency with Word processing applications.
