POSITION: Sales Supervisor-Eastern Uganda
Duty station: Soroti
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge required:
• University degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Ability to plan, organizes, implement and control.
• Solid and extensive understanding of Eastern Uganda Markets
• Ability to work under very highly deadline driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self drive and ability to motivate people to achieve the best results.
• Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, intranet and internet.
• Ability to define the regional advertising market and potential clients.
• At least 1 year working experience in an FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational sales planning for Etop print and Etop Radio and New Vision Eastern.
• Manage and supervise a motivated and Result Oriented Sales Team in the East.
• Delivery of Sales and Collection Targets per Week and Month for the 3 products.
• Develop and maintain excellent Customer relationships with all local government, District, NGO, CBO and Private sector officials in Northern Ugandan.
• Ensure Excellent Market Knowledge/Information is gathered and suggest ways of exploration to increase Revenue and Market Share for the Eastern region.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports with Achievements on set targets, Mar¬ket Feed Back, general activities and competition so that appropriate guidance and monitoring of sectional activities is effectively achieved.
• Ensure excellent Company and Product Visibility and Knowledge in the Market through Power Point Presentation and general discussions.
• Maintain and Grow Advertising Revenue, Market Share and Clientele Base.
• Coordinate all order Processing, Documentation, approvals, Deadlines and Copy Flow for Radio and print with Accounts section, Editorial department, Operations section and Production department at Head office.
