Required Academic qualifications and Experience:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or an equivalent Business discipline.
    A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Financial Services or Banking Industry is a Must.
    Experience in managing core operations in a financial services organization with strong knack for firm operations control
    Experience in development and go-to-market of a financial product

The main purpose of the job is: -

    Participate in Acceptance tests for all new Data Network Platforms and Services.
    Act as Technical Lead for Data Network Planning projects assigned.
    Update and Keep a record of all hardware and software versions for all Data Network equipment.
    Carry out research on new IP Services, Data Network platforms, software releases that can be used to improve services on the MTN Network.
    Recommend appropriate Data Network resilience and redundancy plans.
    Participate, in conjunction with the Capital Projects Department, in hand over of all completed Data Network developments to Network operations.
    Perform any other duties, as may be required from time to time.

Required Academic qualifications and Experience;

    A BSc Electrical Engineering / BSc Telecommunications Engineering.
    Certifications in CCNA, CCDA, CCIP, IP Networks/Security/Telecoms industry as well as Project Management Training would be an added advantage
    A minimum of 2 years’ Experience with Telecoms Core Networks, Service Provider IP Networks and Systems management with skills in IP/MPLS networks, Mobile data core network ISP Services & Data Center infrastructure in an Architectural Role (Planning/Design/Implementation)
