 Qualifications:  (i)     PhD in African Literature (Fiction a Creative writing as a preference).   
                                     (ii)    MA. Literature                                                             
                                     (iii)     Evidence of Pedagogical skills.
                                     (iv)     Eleven (11) recognized Publications in the area of specialization.
                                  
       Duties:        Teaching, examining and grading of graduates
            Supervision of research for graduate and undergraduate students
            Mentoring junior staff in academic growth and research
