PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Reporting to the Workshop Manager the chosen applicants will be responsible for repair and Maintenance of heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV’s)

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:
• Qualified motor vehicle technicians holding part 2 or part 3 certificates
• Knowledge of repair of HCV Diesel Engines
• Must have undergone technical or vocational training at a
• Recognized institution
• At least 5 years working experience, working in a similar position

Job Title: Project Officers
Reports to: project coordinator protection center
Location : Amuru , katakwi, kumi,kween,bwaise mubende ,Nebbi and Palisa

Key Result Areas
Work closely with local rights program team and project coordinator to ensure timely planning ,implementation and reporting of project activities in line with project guidelines
Manage and resolve any obstacle to delivery of project activities in liaison with the project coordinator and the program coordinator of the project area
Compile and manage a risk register for the project activities in your location
Ensure accurate plans and budgets are prepared and implemented relevant capacity building programs
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the project coordinator


Qualification and experience
A minimum of Honors Degree in Social Sciences , Education , Development studies or law
At least 1-2 years working experience from a recognized institution
Knowledge of gender based violence issues will be an added advantage
Should be able willing and able to ride a motorcycle
