Job Title: Project Officer
Reports to: Project Coordinator
Main Purpose of the Job:
To coordinate, track, implement and report project activities to ensure their effective and efficient implementation
Key Outputs:
• Institutional and technical capacity of selected and report project activities to ensure ther effective and efficient implementation
• Selected HIV/AIDS CSOs of targeted region mobilized and supported to undertake joint planning to address HIV/AIDS issues unique to Karamoja
• Performance of CSO HIV/AIDS activities monitored for effectiveness
Person Specifications:
• Bachelors Degree in social Sciences, Education, SWASA, Development Studies, Community and adult education, community psychology, or counseling and guidance
• Post graduate diploma in Project Planning and management
• Training in HIV/AIDS Counseling
• 3 years experience in a HIV/AIDs work two of which should have been in supervisory position
