About this job

Our Client CNOOC Uganda Limited is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;

Primary Functions:

Responsible for the management of overall training activities for company employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish and continuously improve the training management system and the detailed procedures and process on the basis of the company development plan and individual development plan.
Establish and improve training management system, compile annual training planning, training matrix and budget for company approval, and be responsible for implementation of the training activities.
Establish training resource database, make overall planning for the training projects at home and abroad, initially review the overseas training project plan and report for approval.
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Be responsible for supervising overall activities during the training, assessing the training effectiveness after the training and preparing the training report.
Be responsible for tracking, recording the training and establishing the training database for all COMPANY employees.
Liaise with business partners, discuss and finalize the acceptable industry standard to assess the training outcome.
Liaise with local universities, institutes and the related Government bodies for training cooperation and implementation for enhancing the knowledge and skill of Oil&Gas for local market.
Be responsible for the issuance and management of training certificates.
Other duties assigned by management.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human resources management, psychology, English or equivalent. or above.
At least 5-year related working experience and working experience in oil industry is preferred.
Extensive knowledge Training management and practice.
Knowledge of the local and international training criteria and training suppliers.
Understanding of oil Exploration & Production.
Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
Excellent comprehensive analyzing ability.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Excellent team player.
Highly motivated and achievement orientated.
Prefer to overseas and offshore oil field working experience.
