Job Title: Well Test Supervisor
Reports to: Production Manager

Job Purpose:
To plan, manage and monitor the extended Well Test Project and ensure that information is provided to support the production Function

Main Accountabilities:
• To supervise all aspects of the well Test programmes including site preparation, equipment moves, operations, well optimization, matering, liaison with logistics department and trucking contractors, and feedback of well test results
• To manage extended well Tests contracts with applicable service company
• To ensure accurate and timely reporting of well testing, production engineering and production operation

Qualifications:
Minimum of a university Degree from a recognized university
Valid Well Controls Certification

Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years’ work experience in well testing, monitoring, optimization and related production operators
• Working experience with artificial lift systems especially Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCPs)
Knowledge and Skills:
• Planning and organizing skills
• Knowledge of metering and hydrocarbon accounting principles and systems
• Computer skills
