Job Title: Associate Director integrated Ministry
Status: National contract
Reports to: Integrated Ministry Director

Role of the position:
This position will provide support to IM Director to manage integrated programs and projects for impactiful contribution to sustain well being of children in line with NO strategy, WV standards, guidelines and policies

Key Result Areas:

Leadership and Management
• Leadership and supervision of integrated ministry mainstreaming teams- including child protection, gender, donor relations, risk and disaster management, climate change and goods in kind (GIK) functions of integrated ministry
• Liaise with the regional Operations Managers in supporting the integration of child protection, child rights, donor relations,
• Manage develop and build capacity staff having direct reporting to Associate Director integrated ministry to a high performing and effective individuals and teams
Strategy development and integration:
• Leadership and guidance to mainstreaming leads in the development of strategies and guidelines
• Oversight support to direct reports on integration of the main streaming strategies in programmes and projects


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelors’ degree in any development related field ( social sciences, development studies, management, education, agriculture or public health)
• Excellent people manager with good team-building skills and proven record of managing and developing teams of professionals, including those in dispersed/ distant locations
• Analytical and problem solving skills
