Reports to: Community Development Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out training and advocacy at community level on hygiene and sanitation matters
• Coordinate the preparation for community inception meetings
• Prepare and carrying out sensitization programmes to stakeholders at District level on utilization and maintenance of water schemes and sanitation issues
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Arts Degree, with Sociology as a one of the major subjects, from a recognized university or institution.
Experience:
• At least 2 years as sociologist in water related field
• Knowledge and experience in gender analysis will be an added advantage
Note:
