Job Description
Living Goods seeks an energetic, resourceful Data Clerk/Coordinator with strong quantitative skills to conduct field data collection (quantitative and qualitative) integral to Living Goods’ (LG’s) research and development function. This position will employ the highest quality standards for data collection and analysis techniques as well as database management.

Role and Responsibilities
-    Conduct data gathering activities (surveys, focus groups, etc.) in the field in areas where LG has operations
-    Gather, update and maintain client and agent database
-    Data entry for quantitative and qualitative information
-    Gather and conduct analysis on data from the field including various Living Goods initiatives and other projects as necessary
-    Conduct quarterly pricing survey
-    Liaise with LG audit team and provide field assistance as necessary
-    Ensuring validity of audit data collection
-    Other tasks as necessary

Qualifications
-    At least 5 years experience with data collection and management
-    Expertise using Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
-    Experience data collection and management
-    Foxpro and GIS familiarity a plus
