Job Title: Records Officer-U4 (Personal Registry)
Job Purpose:
Mainly dealing with personnel officers, to manage and maintain the registry and personal records in the district in an accessible form to end users.
Person Specifications:
• An honors Degree in Library and Information science from a recognized University
• Excellent records and information Management knowledge and skills
• Good information communication Technology knowledge and skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Great Concern for
• Quality and standards
• Excellence in time management
How to Apply:
Applicants are to dully fill application/ PSC Form 3 of 2008 (or ESC Form 3 in the case of teachers) obtainable from any District Service Office near you or the Public Service Commission-Farmers House Kampala in triplicate and attach passport size photographs (taken not more than three months ago) and attachments of copies of all relevant documentation which must all be addressed to and received by the Secretary District Service Commission-Gomba.
