Working time: Full time


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Safe custody of materials in stores.
 Issue out items to consumers/users
 Ensure that unauthorized persons are not allowed to enter into stores
 Carrying out checks of stock at hand and balance.
 Keeping store unit clean.
 Keeping stock in good condition.
 Report to head of department in case of excessive loss/damage of materials.
 Report to head of departments in case for need for purchase of items.


In addition to the above, one is required to;
 Ensure good maintenance of hospital plant and this includes
a. Furniture
b. Generators
c. Vehicles
d. Medical equipment
e. Buildings and installation.
 Ensure a steady supply of power to the hospital
 Attend all teachings relevant to your job specification, all departmental meetings and teachings and when requested conduct some of the teachings
 Troubleshoot as circumstances may warrant, and,
 Participate in any other activities of the organization as shall from time to time be assigned to you.

Person Specification:
 Diploma holder with store keeping Skills
 Must be computer literate
 Good communication skills

The online volunteer will provide ideas to the project coordinator on how to improve, plan and design for agriculture and rural livelihoods, and design of monitoring and evaluation systems. The discussion will also involve on how to secure funding to help the famers in rural Mukono more so the bee keepers. Share ideas on how to market the products and how to apply new techno ledge which can improve on the yield production.

These cash crops provide the financial backbone of the country; yet the profits generated are inadequate especially in poorer communities. The small farmers and rural poor suffer from a lack of capital and access to markets
