Job Title: Directly Recruited Officer
Job Responsibilities includes but not limited to;
•    Ensure effective management of business operation of the bank
•    Fundamental understanding of the bank’s objectives and the roles of the employees working under him/ her
•    Supervise, control and support, guide the staff working under him/her for ensuring proper discharging of their respective duties
•    Marketing new and existing products and services
Requirements;
Applicants should possess leadership, team building, computer and excellent interpersonal communication skills, besides high degree of integrity & confidentiality with ability to work with minimum supervision

Qualification:
Graduate with a First Class or Upper Second Class degree preferably in Commerce/Accounting & Finance. Additional qualifications/ certificates in Human Resource, Treasury and Credit management will be an added advantage
Experience: 3 years is desirable
