Rwenzori Bottling Company Limited , a leading water bottling company in Uganda and a subsidiary of SABMiller , the second largest brewing group in the world, seeks to recruit a highly motivated , results oriented and dynamic professional for the position above.
Requirements
• Must be holder of a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering .
• 2-3 years working experience as a process Operator or Process Artisan on a Similar packaging line or Packaging trainee who has completed his /her traineeship.
• High integrity with excellent report writing skills
• High energy , balanced personality , self discipline and drive , conceptualizing and innovative thinking , goal orientation and a strong output bias
• Strong PC skills and analytical insights
• Highly competent in terms of numeracy
Skills
• Optimize production performance and processes.
• Perform administration .
• Manage human resources
• Maintain safe , healthy and risk free working environment
• Lead the application of problem solving process in own area
• Attainment of sales targets, product availability, customer service , product promotion and market development of a given sales territory
