Job Title: Quality Assurance Advisor
Reports to: Supply chain Manager

Job Purpose:
To provide the supply Chain Management Department with quality assurance guidance in the preparation and evaluation of pre qualifications and tenders, developing process flows and standard operating procedures, take role in contractor performance reviews and play an integral role in the local content development team

Main Accountabilities:
• To ensure compliance of Tullow’s QA/QC policies and procedures
• To regularly review and update Tullow’s QA/QC policies and procedures
• To develop, implement and manage a QA/QC supplier audit programme for existing and future contracts

Qualifications:
• Minimum of a university degree in Business Studies, quality Assurance, Logistics and supply chain management or another relevant degree from a recognized university

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years work experience in QA/QC or Health and Safety roles which involved working with contractors

Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes
• Change management skills
• Computer skills

Job Purpose:
To provide support to the contracts & procurement Manager with coordination of EHS matters pertaining to contracts and procurement, local content & supplier development as well as the contractor management processes

Main Accountabilities:
• To ensure compliance to Tullow’s environmental health and safety procedures and policies in the contracting process
• To regularly review and update Tullow’s EHS policies and procedures relating to contracts and procurement as well as evaluation and verification of vendors

Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in Health, Safety & Environmental Contracts and Procurement role, gained in the oil and gas environment

Knowledge and skills:
Excellent Microsoft skills (word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Job Title: Senior Contracts Advisor- Drilling
Reports to; Contracts Manager

Job Purpose:
To provide well delivery support to the Uganda Business Unit, through the development of contracting strategies, composition and issue of invitations to tender, objective bid evaluation, preparation and award of final contracts for Well Engineering Services; coupled with post award contractor performance management and contract administration

Main Accountabilities:
• To develop contracting strategies for intermediate to complex well service contracts
• To support management in facilitating contract strategy workshop sessions to secure multi-discipline consensual support for contract sourcing plans and strategies
• To prepare annual contracts outlook in conjunction with user groups
• To address post-award contractual interpretation and administration matters

Qualifications:
• Minimum University Degree in either Business Management or related subject from a recognized University
• Chattered Institute of purchase and Supplies (CIPS)
• Royal Institute of charted Surveyors (RICS)
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years work experience primarily spent within the well Operations of an Exploration and production Company

Knowledge and Skills:
• Ability to deal with diverse business drivers and variables/ multi- tasking skills
• Computer skills
