Qualification and Working Experience:
Ugandans with integrity holding a diploma in Stores Management from a recognized University/ Institution with at least three years working
experience in Stores Management in Government Ministries, Departments, Agencies or Local Government.
Skills in planning, organaising, ICT, accountability and Communication are a must.

Duties:
Receiving, recording and storing supplies
Receiving requisitions and orders and issuing stores
Taking stocks and re-order levels.
Checking and verifying the stores invoices
Taking the records of all stores received and issued out
Maintaining facilities for preservation, packing and storage
To perform any other duty as and when directed by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and working experience:
Applicants should be Ugandans holding either of the following qualifications: An Honors Degree in Procurement/Purchasing and Supplies, BBA (Procurement option), B.Com (Procurement option) and a Masters Degree in Procurement/Purchasing and Supplies, Business Administration, Commerce. Full professional Membership to Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply [MCIPS] is a must.
Very good working knowledge of computer applications and IFMS  At least [3] years experience as a Procurement
Officer in Government Ministries, Departments, Agencies and Local Governments.


Duties:
Planning and controlling procurement services
Developing a procurement plan
Putting in place a prudent procurement system
Providing timely technical advice to Accounting Officer, Contract Committees and Heads of Department
Evaluating procurement requirements and recommending appropriate procedures
Preparing periodic reports and providing secretarial services to the Contract Committees
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Title:            Program Officer-TB/HIV (NTLP
Reports to:       senior medical officer TB care services 
Job purpose:    to coordinate development and implementation of polices and strategies for collaborative TB and HIV control activities
Key functions:
•    Supporting the program to coordinate TB/HIV services within the program, among partners and districts
•    Building the capacity of health workers to provide timely TB screening, diagnosing and treatment initiation and referral
•    Ensuring that TB/HIV services (from the TB entry point are appropriatory planned for, implemented and supervised
•    Ensuring that HIV variables are fully integrated in TB data collection tools and M$E system
•    Dating, dissemination and supporting implementation of the strategy for a phased conversion of TB clinic into core TB/HIV clinics to improve access to HIV care including ART by TB co-infected patients
•    Participating in the revision of TB/HIV, TB guidelines, sops, planning and strategies and update of training materials participating in capacity building and mentorship activities in TB and HIV care
Qualifications:
•    Must possess a MBChB degree or the equivalent from a recognized university
•    Must possess a masters degree in medicine or pediatrics, public health or Epidemiology
•    Possession of a post graduate qualification in management, project planning and management or the equivalent would be an added advantage
Experience:
•    Should have at least three years working experience in managing HIV or TB programme at national level or regional level
Competences:
•    Well versed with current national and global HIV and AIDS and TB control policies and practices
•    Analytical skills and ability to interpret data for the better performance of the program
•    Demonstrated team work, communication and writing skills

Key functions:

Developing and participate in the monitoring and evaluation of community interventions as an integral part of the health sector M$E frame work

Participating in operational research
Preparing and submit periodic performance reports to the relevant authorities

Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelors degree in social sciences or any other related field from a recognized university
Must possess a masters degree social sciences public health or Epidemiology from a recognized university
Training in community participatory methods would be an added advantage

Experience:
Must have at least 3 yEars relevant working experience in community collaboration and partnership development at national or regional level in health field especially HIV and AIDS

Competence:
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the national HIV and AIDS programme
Demonstrated competence in networking and community mobilization
Team building, result oriented with high level of advocacy and negotiation skills
Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, writing and communication
