Key Duties
•    Manage the  strategic development  of  Clinical Services  at the  Hospital
•    Provide  leadership in developing  creative  , innovative  and cost-effective healthcare  at  NHL
•    Monitor quality  and  appropriateness  of  medical  care  within the  hospital
•    Develop  clinical  policies  and  procedures .
•    Oversee  documentation and  care  planning
•    Manage  physician  relations  and/or  representation
Qualifications
•    A minimum  of a post-graduate degree  in Medicine  , with ten  years  postgraduate   experience  in private or public healthcare management
•    At least  7 years  in senior  clinical practice  with  management  /leadership roles  in a  similar  sized  healthcare facility 
•    Valid  registration  and practicing  license  from the medical  & Dental  Council
•    Ability to  work  in a  multi-cultural  and  multi-task  setting .
•    Must possess  excellent  high  analytical skills
•    Must have  computer  skills

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s  degree  in  social  sciences  , public or  business  administration  , communications, or  other  relevant  field 
•    3-5  years  relevant  employment  or full-time  intern/volunteer experience  ;
•    Knowledge and  experience  in using  dashboards  as a  management  and monitoring  tool  , ability  to oversee  data collection , analysis  and  interpretation;
•    Knowledge  of  Tableau software  is desirable  ;
•    In-depth   knowledge  of excel and  proficiency  in  using  excel for  graphics  , maps  etc;
